We process information relevant to the above reasons/purposes. We hold your name, address, email address, telephone number and purchase history. We do not store debit or credit card details made from orders on our website. Customers calling at our premises or telephoning orders and paying by credit or debit card will have the merchant receipt stored for a time specified by the HMRC.
We collect data from you when you order from our website, over the phone, or in person at our premises. We need your address for delivery purposes and your telephone number in case we have a query with your order. Your email address is used to confirm your order and let you know when your order has been dispatched.
We retain your order history to ensure repeat orders are processed accurately and preserve past preferences, and to enable you to view your order history on your account.
