Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Prices: All prices show include VAT at 20% except for Apifonda, Candipolline, Invertbee and Pollen Guide which are VAT exempt. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The VAT part of the order will be shown separately in check out.
Shipping/Delivery: Free carriage on all orders over £200 including VAT. Honey extractors are not included. The following postcodes will carry a surcharge: AB, BT, DD, FK, HS, IV, KW, PA, PH, ZE. Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands.
We aim to process all orders within three working days and deliver within 4 - 7 days between 8am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday. If you know you cannot be home to accept the goods please leave a note in the 'comments' box to indicate where the goods can be left eg. in porch, in garage, behind gate etc.
If any items are out of stock or there is a delay in sending the goods we will contact you by e.mail to advise. If you are unable to check the goods while the driver is there please sign 'Unchecked' and delete the words 'In good condition'. This will facilitate our claim against the carriers.
Non Delivery: If the carriers finds no one at home a card will be left and you will be required to ring the depot to rearrange a new delivery date/time. However, deliveries re directed to another address will incur an additional charge.
Cancellations: Orders may be changed or cancelled during the ordering process up to when payment is made. To cancel once payment has been made please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Returns: If you wish to return an item please send it via Royal Mail or courier. The return address is: C. Wynne Jones, Ty Brith, Pentrecelyn, Ruthin, Denbighshire LL15 2SR. Once we have received the returned goods we will refund the order.
Damaged goods/Shortages: Customers who find on delivery that their goods have been damaged must reject the goods and sign as such with the carrier. The goods will be returned to C. Wynne Jones and replacements sent out free of charge. Any photos of the damage would be appreciated to help in any claims against the carriers. Shortages not apparent at time of delivery must be reported to our office within 5 working days - email@example.com
