Queen Marking Pen. Non-toxic, water based, quick drying marking pen.

Colour Guide:

Year Ending 1 or 6 = White, 2 or 7 = Yellow, 3 or 8 = Red, 4 or 9 = Green, 5 or 0 = Blue - please choose colour.

Press In Cage - place over the queen and mark through the threaded top.

Queen Marking Cage with Plunger. Length 75mm, Diameter 40mm. Clear plastic tube with soft foam covered plunger. Gently guide the queen into the tube and push the plunger up to mark the queen through the plastic mesh.

Queen Clip Catcher.  Spring clip with excluder slots for worker bees to escape.

Plastic Queen Catcher for examination and transferal.  Remove foam and place upright over the queen.  Replace the foam and remove the bung at the opposite end, blowing gently through the foam to encourage the queen to move through the device and into eg. a cage.

Innovative one-handed device for catching and marking the queen.  Simply using the thumb and fore-finger it is possible to catch the queen for marking through the caged sliding door.

Simple method of introducing the queen. Place a piece of newspaper over open end and secure with elastic band. Place cage paper end down between two frames so that it fits tightly.
